Road Safety

This morning Constable Debbie and Constable Rick came to teach us about road safety. First we had to close our eyes and listen carefully to the sounds we could hear. Next we talked about crossing safely at the pedestrian crossing. We all waited until we saw the green man. Constable Debbie also talked about sneaky driveways and road signs. We all really enjoyed the visit and learnt lots! 

Cross Country

Well done to everyone who participated in our Cross Country. We had an awesome afternoon in the sun. Well done to Ruby who came first out of the five year old girls. Thanks to all the parents who came, what a great turn out:) 

Autumn Fun!!!

Today we went outside and made a humongous pile of leaves as a class. The children all worked together really well. Then we all lined up and got to run and jump into the fantastic crunchy leaves. We had a fabulous time. Check out our pictures below. Next week we will be writing about the experience. They will be up on the walls in Room 5 soon.
